Hi all,

I was hoping to get in contact with the author of the program on the page.

The strength training section sates "3 sets of following". Does that mean 3 sets of EACH of the tasks? or, pick 3 OF the sets to do?

I started around the same time and have been doing 3 sets of each exercise. It seems to me like doing only 3 sets of the following exercises wouldn't be sufficient.
