I was just wondering if anyone out there has experience with hallux rigidus? I've had it for a couple years and it hasn't hindered me too much, but the bump on my toe is getting bigger!
Also, I really like the 6 week beginner training plan, but I don't have an hour and a half a day to exercise. 45 minutes a day is much more realistic. Should I concentrate mostly on the cardio or balance with the strength exercises?
Scott- Don't know about the hallux rigidus but if you only have 45 min a day on the 6 week plan, I would focus on Cardio.
