Share 'Hat question'

I am looking for a high quality wool hat.  I wanted a wapiti woolie hat but, can not seem to get them to answer my emails.  Have they closed? Anyone know of another brand like that? I need to be able to pick my size.  I have a huge melon of a head, one size fits all does not cut it for me.    Thanks
