Franklyn Falls Family snowshoe trip

Franklyn Falls is just off I-90 on the Denny Creek exit and a great hike to introduce children and novices to snowshoeing. Snowshoeing is a great way to get in shape for hiking and climbing. The hike is 2 miles and 200 feet of gradual elevation gain. At the end we'll view the 70 foot falls. Go as far as the kids permit, Snowshoes can be rented at any REI, we'll meet at the Eastgate Park and Ride in Bellevue and caravan from there, feel free to meet at the trailhead also.
