Backpack Crepes

This is one of my favorite sweet trail breakfast items, easy to pack, transport, and packed with energy for those long climbs.

Ingredients:
1 package of crepes about 8 to 10
8-12 oz of peanut butter
1 banana 8 oz of chocolate chips
8 oz of almond slices

At home:
Slice banana and include with peanut butter. Pack peanut butter, almonds, banana and chocolate chips in zip-lock bags.
On the trail:
Add ingredients to crepes, fold crepe and move over stove or camp fire flame, ensuring it's high enough not to burn the crepe or your fingers (about 6 inches) till crepes get warm.
