Gluten Free Tuna Wraps

This is a good backpacking recipe for those with wheat allergies. (Feeds 4)

4 Gluten Free wraps, usually comes in package of 8 or 10

2 cups of fresh spinach

1/2 cup of sun-dried tomatoes

7 oz of packaged tuna

6-8 oz of cranberries

4 oz of walnuts

½ cup of dried figs

Tobasco and/or mustard packets

On the trail: Easy preparation, just pull out a wrap and build with the below ingredients.
