Here are some hints for getting the most out of the site.
1. When following the fitness plans you don't have to follow them exactly, you can personalize based on your level and needs.
2. Don't hesitate to ask questions in the Forum and post videos, advice, etc...
3. Check out our sister app Cairn. Cairn is an iPhone safety tool that allows you to save your hikes and climbs, download offline topo maps, send safety alerts to trusted contacts on where you are going so they can track you, and even shows you where to find cell coverage. We still need lots of help from our community on mapping cell coverage by using Cairn. Android version is in development.
