Short Bio, outdoor experience, or Share something with the group.: I was raised camping by car at remote sites always wanting to hike in further but mocked about it at the campfire. I did three years with the Marine Corps Infantry as a Hospital Corpsman that wasn't really what I had in mind for backpacking but I wouldn't trade those times for anything. I am now learning how to teach my 9 and 11 year old boys as well as nephews how to backpack camp.
