I love the outdoors and did a lot of hiking and canoeing growing up, but unfortunately the past several decades have been mostly sedentary. I am trying to decide whether I can get fit enough for a trip to Macchu Pichu in September, and I thought a peak at your 8 month FItness plan would help.

Hi Louise, 

For Macchu Pichu I think the 6 week plan would be sufficient, if you work up to week 6 and maintain that level till your trip.
