- Just quit smoking (May 2016) and am looking to get back into shape and back outdoors hiking in our gorgeous state! I found this forum looking for a training plan for St. Helens, my reasonable goal for end of summer. I would love any hints, points, or even time with anyone around the Tacoma area heading up to trails or anything.
