Hi There 

just joined up I have been following the 12 week training plan for a Cullen Ridge Scotland. I am on week 5. doing ok. Any way today I fell of the bottom run of a step  ladder bruised my butt, it's painful however can walk. My planned dates are the end of May so that's 8 weeks. The total ascent 3000 metres over 2 days. Just wondering how others have managed recovery. still walking around however any kind of slope is difficult.

Any advice
