Hi there,
Thank you for the excellent training plans. I successfully used the 6 week plan this fall to prepare to summit Mt St Helens. Am planning to tackle Adams this summer and am using the 12 week Rainier plan. There are several swimming workouts coming up and I'm unable to swim for the forseeable future due to injured eardrums. What would you suggest as a substitute?
