Hello everyone,
I am 4 weeks post-op. I am down 30 pounds and have began walking 2-3 miles a day. I cannot lift over 10 lbs. yet, that will be in another month. I am looking to hike the Colorado Trail nest summer. I am looking to build a training program in order to get into shape (Think Couch to 5k for hikers). Any suggestions?
