Calculate Elevation Gain on a Treadmill Hiking Workout

Let me know how you leverage this tool to train for your next trip...  Generally I recommend using treadmill one time per week so you can select a constant incline to maintain consistently throughout each workout.  The rest of each training week should consist of hiking, stairs and resistance training.

Thanks for the tool! I use a treadmill or said climber m-f and get out on a trail on the weekend.

I am curious how much elevation gain you achieve on a weekly basis.  If you figure it out let me know.  Happy to hear you will be using the tool...
