The training plans are great, but do you guys have any suggestions for a good stretching routine. Mine always seems to be a mix of stuff I've picked up over the years through sports. Clam diggers, hamstring, etc. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I like downward dog, hamstring, quadriceps stretch, piriformis. Recommend putting these into Youtube to see proper techniques. Also here's a decent video I found on a 5 min stretch routine.
