Hallo Marcus I would like to follow your training program cause I want to step up my game but I have a few questions I'm from the Netherlands and it doesn't get more flat then over here I have no steep hills or stair anywhere near my home can I just use a stairmaster in exchange for that ? I was also wondering if I could change running with cycling due to a previous injury
